I got a response (from Ralph Midgey, the Kadäm Volapüka "secretary"): it should be either "petahitänoms" or "pe-Tahitänoms". Apparently both these forms are correct although the first one is preferred. Malafaya 3 Martsa 2011 à 20:48 (UTC)
