Endrika:ar-IPA/documentation

This template generates phonemic Arabic pronunciations using Module:ar-pronunciation. The module generates the transliteration, then converts it to the International Phonetic Alphabet.

Parameters

One parameter or the other is required.

|1=

The word, with diacritics. If a transliteration cannot be generated, the template will return an error message.

|tr=

The transliteration. Use this when the word contains non-native or non-Classical phonemes such as g, e, o, v.
